  Item shipped out super fast, the packaging could have been more secure as it was just sent out in a plastic bag, but it arrived safely without any damage, thankfully, and is that exactly as described in listing info.   Item was exactly as described, showed up extremely fast and was easy to track, almost overnight which from Tokyo to US is very impressive. Was packed safely and came with original box. Couldn’t find a better price and the condition is like new. Overall great experience and will be buying again.

  Scarf was as described and shipped promptly, however, it was held for several weeks at customs because the seller did not write the material of the scarf in the shipping description. Fair enough. These things happe . However, I messaged the seller to ask if they could assist with this and didn't receive a reply, which was disappointing. I ended up emailing and calling with the shipping company every day for over a month to sort it out. It was finally released and arrived a few days ago.
