It was in bad shape and smelled very musty. The seller claimed no returns but on the ad it says returns accepted. I would not buy from this seller. The ad is very deceptive. I have attached a picture the seller posted and three pictures of the item I received. I am a dive instructor and the BCD is in poor shape. The velcro doesnt stick. There are no bungees on the wing. It is in poor condtion.
