    It s great to be able to buy a single guitar string at a reasonable price. However, after two weeks it hadn t turned up - on contacting the seller they confirmed they had sent it and immediately promised to send another 1st class post which duly arrived 2 days later. Excellent customer service!

    Genuinely so impressed, I had purchased somewhere else and was let down so bought the same guitar here, it was packaged great, mint condition and come as described, great value and was delivered the day after purchase:) great seller.

    The item listing was incorrect (said two speaker units and power supply) but only one speaker arrived. Seller immediately apologised for the incorrect description, sent me a return label, and refunded my money.
