    The items package was exactly as shown,proper size,fits great on my size and our family is really happy now. Speed of delivery was great and seller left us notes of info..greatful for that.     Had a issue where the item said it was delivered and it hadn’t arrived. Reached out to the seller who informed me it would arrive in a few more days. It arrived a few days later. Appreciate the quick and helpful response from the seller, would purchase from again.

    Got my order in a few days when seller used U.S. Postal Service. (This was a second battery sent when I didn't receive the first and complained about it.) When seller used ESUS, whatever that is, it took over 3 weeks for the first and third batteries to arrive. (Third battery sent by seller to resolve the delivery problem. I appreciate the seller's efforts!) ESUS tracking was worthless to me as there was no info on the tracking page. 5* for USPS / 1* for ESUS = 3* shipping experience.

    Product as described, delivered for free, and very well packaged. Quantity of items was 5 and since I only needed 1, this was a much better option than other sellers offering the item in quantities of 25 or 30. Much appreciated!
