    Item arrived as described, but packing was not ideal for a fragile tea cup. Luckily it arrived in one piece. There was a slight delay in shipping, so I reached out to the seller for status, but never received a reply, so communication not so great. They did, however, ship the item out within a day of contacting them. Leaving a positive review because overall I received the item ordered at a good price.

    Seller gave refund after item purchased was never received.Although I got USPS tracking #, yet post office continued to show that a label had been issued but the PO never received the item. Seller said they gave it to the PO, but never discussed the discrepancy with them. Their communication was quick but brief and they seemed more interested in refunding it to keep it than finding out what happened to complete sale. Refund went through and tracking number disappeared.Won't buy again from them.

    Item was taken to p.office. Evidently never scanned, I personally took to po. Other items shipped ground advantage did not arrive and were incorrectly scanned by p..o. Some of these shipped items did not arrive for 2 weeks, I told buyer I would refund as I did not know what happened She insisted that I send her the item which I had done. I told her I would refud which I did as I did not hae the item and it was shipped.
