  6 days after paying and not receiving shipment confirmation seller communication of a family emergency and expressed apologies. I requested a refund since it would not arrive by the time I needed. Seller refunded within minutes and offered to still send. I said it was not necessary but they sent item anyway. We all have things that happen in life. The seller was very apologetic and professional. I can not fault for that.

  Some of fish unfortunately froze but some made it. Communication was nice an quick response gave me a full refund. The fish that did live are beautiful an healthy.
