  This seller was stellar! There was a delay in delivery and the item appeared to be lost. But the seller kept me informed throughout and was on top of it the whole time and even opened an inquiry with USPS. The package arrived undamaged with the item I ordered in great condition.   Shipping took a bit long, a day or two more than expected. Packing was safe and secure for knife. The product was a bit dull, but nothing a sharpener can't fix. High quality knife for a good value instead of buying new.

  Arrived in great condition, and exactly as described on the item page. The item was packaged very safely and securely. I put some batteries in and it works perfectly, and is very fun.
