    this package came exactly as described. The packaging was intact and perfect for the product. Shipping was on time. I really cannot say a single bad point. In fact, the value added is that they were labelled LHR and RHR or Left Hand Rear and Right Hand Rear. I am 100% satisfied and will happily buy from this seller again if I am lucky enough to do so.This was for my BMW X5, rear spring replacement for a cracked spring.

    Relatively quick shipping. Packaging was sealed properly. Content inside of packaging had proper cushioning to prevent from any damage during transportation. Described as in listing with no major defects and working as intended. Never bought used before but price is pretty good considering there is not much used side mirrors on market close by to me. Definitely recommend this seller.

    the item itself was as described - used trim for a mini... the pkg it came in was ripped open and crushed in spots... and the item was exposed... maybe it was shipped that way maybe it happened in transit... i don't know... but for $40 shipping - i wasn't impressed...

I had a problem with my package not moving through the post office network. I reached out to them about the package being misplaced and not being delivered.
