    What a great find for my older RayPak pool heater. Seller was prompt to ship / shipping process was awful : made arrival delays that required rescheduling my installer by 5 business days. Not sellers fault. Item Quality, Condition were exactly as described - new old stock. Item was very well packaged for safe arrival. Appearance was perfect. Overall value was 10 of 10! Seller is very reputable & id highly recommend doing business with. Communications were fantastic! 5 stars plus!!

    Item was Broken when recieved and I contacted the Seller imeadatly after opening the package. Seller responded very Fast and responded very fast to refund full amount for item. I am sure that this item was broken during shipment and the Seller done everything possible to make it right for me. Item was as Described and well packaged by Seller and shipped very fast. Thanks for making a bad experience better and Being a Great Seller by taking care of the customer when you aren't at Fault. Thanks.

    Item was in excellent condition when received. Delivery was prompt and item was carefully packaged. It was simply not the item I had expected. Seller made an error in the description of the item, which I noticed when I received it. I informed the seller and requested a refund. Seller apologized for the error, and refund was promptly made.
