    Unfortunately, due to no fault of the seller's own, my item arrived damaged due to the courier service. However, the item itself is gorgeous and is still usable, and as a bonus, the seller (the sweetest man ever) offered me a full refund and profuse apologies, despite it not being his fault. He is so lovely and helpful. I would definitely still consider purchasing from him again, as it was a great price and the service was excellent!

    Henry was incredibly helpful throughout the process of buying this desk, keeping me up to date on any delays and reassuring me I would have assistance getting the item up to my second floor flat when it was delivered. The courier service he used was prompt and had no issues bringing my purchase upstairs. The desk itself is absolutely wonderful and I’m delighted with it; it matches the description and images provided on the website, and I think it’s fantastic value for what I paid.
