  The Naim box that that contained ATC preamplifier was damaged with two great holes. I had been expecting the delivery and was at home all day. The package was left on my doorstep unattended, I had kept a watchful eye for the delivery and have a very loud bell, so do not know why the delivery was just dumped.Fortunately the amplifier was not damaged and does sound very good.   The packaging could have been better as the outer Naim box is not really suitable for repeated posting. Otherwise a very good service & communication.
