    The seller identified and fixed some damage with the item. The seller could have just shipped it and not said anything about the damage ( as the fix is NOT noticeable at all!) but they were honest and said if I didn’t feel it was fixed they would make things right with me. Well it was fixed so well that I never would have known had they not told me. I appreciate their honesty and that they fixed it. I had been looking for this item for awhile so was thrilled to receive it. Mahalo :)

    Hi, Thank you so much for your kindness, honesty, and pragmatic thinking regarding this situation with a fragile Christmas ornament. We had this item stored in it's original box, unfortunately a part bonded to the body came off and we immediately contacted the buyer and offered to cancel the purchase and issue a full refund. It was decided to repair and prevent item from being discarded. We take responsibility and communication when occasional issues arise. Mahalo!
