  Item arrived damaged, I messaged, with photos promptly, now 48 hours later still no reply. I will turn over to eBay/PayPal as they are unresponsive and have not replied. The damage might not have been their direct fault but not replying certainly is.

  The buyer is complaining that a balloon was missing from the shipment. The listing clearly stated that the balloon was missing. The buyer complained to eBay and eBay ruled in our favor based on the clear description in the listing.
