  I ordered the beats by dre headphones for a little over $110 I received opened the box charged them but the power button was broken. So I started a return. Monday i received a message saying the sn was missing from the box and now he can't prove they are authentic so no return. So now I have to waste my time and open a claim to get my money back. The sn should be on the box if not then they are fake in the first place was going to leave a positive feedback if he just refund my money.

  The item was shipped with its original serial number sticker (visible in the listing photos), and I also recorded the serial and model number before shipping. The buyer returned it with the sticker removed from the box, which prevented me from verifying that it was the same item I originally sent. This is a violation of eBay’s return policy. I’ve submitted all documentation to eBay for review.

  Unfortunately the item I purchased was malfunctioning upon arrival, however, the seller responded to my worries nearly instantaneously and there was a return label in my inbox the following morning. A+, professional seller all the way around. It's too bad because I really like those headphones.
