  The quality for the £7 septum is not what you’d expect for the price tag. The item I bought appeared from the pictures that the gems sit flush to the septum ring itself, when receiving this item I instantly wanted to send it back as the gems stuck considerably out than what was pictured (images included below) I requested a return stating the item did not look as pictured, and the seller was argumentative and has since now stopped responding completely - no customer service skills at all.
