  I needed this part a.s.a.p. and cancelled my order after waiting 3 business days. I should have read the sellers shipping notice, as it stated shipping within 5 business days - so it was my error. Communication with this seller is very good. For future buyers - this seller is a small family operation.

  That's really a bummer, its almost as if my listing states that I have 5 business days to handle shipping? Stuff happens, I am up front that we are a family hobby shop not a business. Stuff happens, wrestling practice for the kids takes priority over your spark plug tube if it comes down to it. Maybe reaching out to the seller before canceling your order and leaving a bad review would prove beneficial for you in the future. Best of luck
