  I originally received the wrong item from the seller, which was disappointing mistakes happen, but it’s never ideal. However, I reached out, and they responded quickly and professionally. They asked me to return the incorrect item (they covered the return shipping), and once they received it, they issued me a full refund which I appreciated. While the mix-up was frustrating at first, they handled it the right way prompt communication, fair resolution, and respectful custom service.

  Es un producto de buena calidad, llegó bien solo que vino con un agrietado en una esquina (no se sabe si de origen o durante el envío). El costo de envío fue algo caro pero funcionó bien puesto que no se pagó extra por impuestos o taxes. El vendedor envió el producto un poco tarde y la paquetería fue algo caótica porque nunca estaba claro para mí exactamente quién lo tenía y en dónde estaba cuando llegó al destino.
