The box had a little damage but it was well packed and nothing inside was damaged. The damaged box was Not the shippers fault. I have not installed it yet but it looks very similar to the one that I am replacing. The fittings are a different size and I will have to make a trip to the hardware store to get the fittings and then I can install it. I was supplied with a tracking number and the item shipped very quickly. I would buy from this seller again.

Despite an issue with the unit, the customer service was outstanding. The seller promptly replaced the unit housing to ensure no leaks. I was worried about responsiveness, but they exceeded my expectations. They delivered a new housing quickly. Although it took extra effort to get everything up and running, the value and cost-effectiveness made it worth it. The water tastes great after pre-flushing. Highly recommend
