    I had to use the laptop for a few weeks prior to writing a review about it.. I'm very impressed so far considering the fact it's a refurbished laptop. The shipping and delivery was fast. The laptop was well secured in a bubble kind of pouch for utmost protection. The value and description is as described in the listing.. I highly recommend IT Supply Guy!!!

    This is a great seller to purchase from. The first unit sent to me had a hardware problem so seller sent me a return label and actually sent another unit before they possibly could have gotten the original one back. The second unit is perfect. Hardware and software as promised and everything works great. It's like a brand new computer. Seller communication was fast and great in every way. I would definitely buy from IT Supply Guy again!

    Excellent customer service. Package arrives well on time. Laptop received as described. However, the webcam is cracked which was not specified. Value for money. I'm giving a rating of 4/5.

    A++ seller to purchase from. The Laptop was in pristine condition as new. All specs matched the description- Very well packed and quick shipping. Upgraded the OS from WIn10P to Win1P - Met and exceeded my expectation- Will buy again, Thanks IT supply guy.

    WOW! This was not only as described but better than I thought! Greatly packaged and in much better condition than I believed I'd receive this in.
