  Eventually repaid me in full after I had to contact eBay. After originally stating I had returned the item in a damaged box and only offering a partial refund they did admit to an error at their end,eventually blaming and I quote "the packing boy" for the error.Even though the picture he sent me was obviously from his kitchen worktop. Dragged their feet right throughout the process .Hope I'm not right but I like to bet a few other people have been shown that same photo .Just saying how I feel.

  I had mixed up my order ref the item l wanted and the price it cost as there was more than one item and more than one price on the ad. This was only realised when l recieved the item. The seller returned my money once it was established my mistake.

  Responsive seller - but used a cheap courier company to deliver to me in Thailand, which caused problems. Item delivered very late, as it had to be re-sent. Overall a positive experience
