I contacted the seller immediately and after an investigation he agreed to send me the missing box, which arrived yesterday. Mistakes happen and this seller put it right quickly. But communication with this company was excellent. I received this item one day after sorting out this problem. I was slightly concerned on opening the package that there appeared to be a small leakage from the product. Down to Company or down to Courier. ??. I do not want to be unfair in my ratings of this product but I have to be honest about my experience.
