  Had an issue with the silver bar going missing even though I received the damaged envelope. Contacted seller and he offered another bar as replacement but I was a bit concerned about Royal Mail so asked for a refund. The seller was excellent in all communication and I got the full refund. Fantastic Ebayer and would happily buy from again once my trust in Royal Mail is restored.
