  I am happy with the item itself, it is as described and looks better than on a photo. Packaged well and survived the trip. Delivery took way longer than estimates, package seemingly stuck/lost for 2+ weeks at the point where it should be sent abroad and arrive in my country, and it was initially sent without tracking (though the seller added it after I opened issue). He also didn't put my phone number on the parcel, so without tracking I wouldn't know it arrived and a postman wouldn't call me.

  Tracking was not paid for, I added it due to the parcel being delivered to Israel with the current climate. I can’t control Israel posts delivery and customs services, just happy it’s arrived. Please pay for tracking at the checkout in future as it costs me more than you paid. EBay dont offer the inclusion of phone numbers so that’s not going to happen. The postman is meant to attempt delivery and leave a note if not in, I can’t be in Israel to receive the parcel after sending it.

  Great postage cost and very good value. Item is exactly as described, I would say even better now I can see the model in person. Whoever painted it, hats off to you!! The parcel was safety packaged & I’m glad for that because the postman left my parcel 2 streets away on the floor :( a neighbour seen it and delivered it to me. Of course that is no fault of the seller! Again I’m really happy that the parcel was packaged so well and keep the model safe. 10/10 Great ebayer

  Items arrived exactly as described and shipped overseas remarkably fast. The seller combined shipping on request and has great communication through the entire process. Packaged very, very well, which was an extra plus coming over seas. Paint job on the Helbrute is even better in person, and the Maulerfiend was bigger than expected (bonus!). Super happy with this purchase and got exceptional value. Will definitely be using this seller again

  Great minis that make a fine addition to my collection, they are exactly as you see them in the photo and for a decent value as well! There was a slight delay in the shipping but that's up to the curior and some other problems on my end. They where well packaged by the seller.
