    I received this phone in better condition than was pictured in the listing. The phone appears brand new at first glance and looks to be of very good quality. The seller was quick to respond with an unlock code and answered all questions I had. Amazing value, I would gladly buy from them again.

    The seller did ship it out quickly, however the service they use - Fedex Smartpost, sucks badly. Took 14 days for the item to get to me because "Smart"post is NOT smart as it takes a week for the package to go transfer from Fedex to USPS! They should just ship strictly USPS instead. Item itself exactly as described, no issues.

    Item arrived exactly as described. The phone's screen was completely shattered and everything else was functioning perfectly, which is exactly how it was described in the listing. Tbh, the damage looked worse in the photos than in real life, which earns a lot of trust from me. Seller also responded promptly to all of my questions and provided the unlock code as stated in the listing. I highly recommend this seller.

    Was advertised as "(Unlocked)", but arrived locked. Would normally complain about the hassle factor -- but (1) the seller responded immediately; (2) with accurate and simple instructions and a code that unlocked the phone; and (3) the phone was in great condition -- better than described.
