    Saw is very nice. Initial order was damaged during shipment and had to be sent back. This caused a delay but I don't believe it to be the seller's fault. Once it was returned the seller shipped out another one which arrived without issue. The seller responded to emails fairly quick and fixed the issue with no problems. Overall, a good seller and good transaction. I might end up getting another one at some point.

    Greatest experience with seller, very customer based.. and quick to respond and resolved my issue.. as transportation company delayed shipment. Great value for the price of saw for chainsaw, second shipment came in great condition and great quality of blades.

    I purchased two of these with the intention to give my father n law one and use the other myself for basic tree trimming around my property. Unfortunately, one of the two arrived damaged with a broken brake lever. I contacted the seller and got a very prompt response. They offered to replace the unit entirely, or, if I preferred, they could send me a replacement lever so that I could repair the unit. I happily opted to repair. The part arrived within a few days and the saw works great now!
