  Seller has some issues with packaging .. but assured me they are trying to rectify the situation some of the bolts were missing .. but the seller promptly sent the ones I needed out the next day communication was great and we got there in the end the chair was half the price of Argos .. and is like brand new. So over all I’m happy with the purchase

  Exactly as described and fast delivery. Sadly some courier damage to the shade on arrival but seller sent a replacement which arrived in perfect condition within 2 days. Great seller. A++++++

  Postage was free, excellent packaging came in am oversized box and paddiing. It was exactly as described and looks good quality. Appears to be good value as i haven't seen it cheaper elsewhere. Teally content woth the entire process and experience with this seller.

  The item was delivered as promised.The mixer was not packaged well and the Box was in a bad state. When opened and inspected the dough beaters did not have the fitments to allow it to attach to the mixer.So I returned the item to the seller. Who was very good and instantly set up a return label,then refunded the payment.

  Very annoying, completely wrong item delivered, supposed to be a white glass desk lamp instead received a wooden base with a hessian shade. Then I have the inconvenience of having to pack it up and take it to the post office to send it back. Didn’t even get a response or apology. Avoid this joke of a seller.
