  As soon as I opened it to check for this feedback, I was greeted with what you smell when opening a brand new game! Water damage to box is shown in Listing. Inside, the styrofoam tray shows minor wear with VERY minor damage. Items, such as the manual has obviously not been opened. It seems the new smell would have dissipated by this time for the age of the unit and a "new car scent" product may have been applied. Overall, if not brand new and unused, it certainly is like brand new! An A++!
