    Item arrived as described and well packaged so my experience with the seller was good, hence the positive reaction above. The overall experience however was poor. I paid extra for expedited delivery yet it took 8 days for the item to arrive - 3 days after the latest advised date. I would strongly advise the seller not to use YODEL in the future.

    Great ebay business seller. Very straightforward. Item is actually better than described, it is as advertised 'used' but looks new! The seller even included the connection cable, which I didn't expect, so a big thank you for that. Item was shipped within the postage choice I chose and delivered within that timeframe. Item was professinally packed and protected from any potential damage caused in transit. Thank you 'GameXchange05'!

    perfect , but seller sent sub and soundbar seperate, didnt let me know so ne arrived and wouldnt give me tracking, when i asked, said something about they dont have access to tracking, but seller expected me to have my crystal ball at ready when i wanted to return as soundbar was missing sub,psu, remote, but she made me aware there was 2 seperate parcels, which now i realise, she was right, but should let customers know,, thanks,

    Item came fast and just as describe - in excellent working condition! Very impressed with purchase. Box it came in was damaged (though this was probably fault of courier) but the item was safely wrapped so well in bubble wrap it wasn’t harmed in any way! Thank you seller!
