  I paid import costs at the checkout, but then had to pay €24 more afterwards. They did not refund this and did not take responsibility for this problem. When the package arrived, the box was heavily damaged, and again, they took 0 responsibility for some kind of refund. The seller has great products, but this doesn’t compensate at all with the very bad customer service!

  That you had to pay import charges had NOTHING to do with us. Sorry it happened but we did everything right. Then you just started making loads of new complaints and tried to make a huge deal of a broken case which can be easily replaced. We offered you a £2 refund but no deal, you just screamed are we joking?. We packed it well in a box and you didn't even show the packaging so you probably broke the box yourself just to try to extort an unrealistic amount of money out of us. Never again!

  Item in good condition as described, good packaging, quick reactivity. A very good vendor. Unfortunately shipping from UK to Europe took 17 days and 24 GBP. I can get to London by train in 7h or get a shipment from China in about 10 days for free so it's not easy to understand.

  I would purchase from GamesGalaxyConsett again! Good communication and items in excellent condition and great pricing. The tracking was accurate and received from my local post office in South Africa with no issues. Items were securely packaged. Good job! Thanks for the sale!

  The item described is the one I received. The condition communicated (new) is the condition received. No transaction problems. The cd is functional and not scratched.
