  This seller was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly, aswell as able to ship the items as soon as I purchased them. They arrived on time and in beautiful condition! However, the packaging was not the greatest, causing the hippo to arrive with a severed head 😅 Luckily nothing was actually damaged, and I was able to reattach it with some force.
