  I ordered the wrong by accident and the exchange was handle every efficiently. But let meet say the guy Sean, was so wonderful to work with insuring I got exactly what I needed. He was prompt in handling the refund and shipping the new cable. This guy knows bows and bow strings. He also will gladly communicate with you any way possible to make sure you are getting what you need. He’s my go to from now on.
