  They send defective products but do not allow returns. I even compromised w/ them to just exchange it instead. But they wanted me to drop it of in WI. They then sent me wrong return labels 2x. I even drove 1.5 hours to & from different UPS stores just to make sure they get their product back (even if eBay did not require me to return it anymore) but labels were wrong so it cannot be accepted. Now they want me to wait for UPS to call to pick up the item. Even called me SCAMMER. AVOID THIS STORE!

  customer service was outstanding. for some reason was having difficulty receiving tracking info. they sent me an email everyday with a pic of where my package was. love the gloves by the way
