  As advertised. Unfortunately, despite prompt dispatch by the seller, had an extensive wait period for delivery by royal mail, which was a bit of a pain. Had to contact seller to request a refund because I thought it would never arrive. Seller was very understanding and processed a refund, and asked me to keep the item if it gets delivered as a gesture of goodwill for the delay (which subsequently happened). Really appreciate and highly commend the customer care provided. Thank you!

  Excellent Seller. I accidently ordered an incorrect product, I messaged the seller a few hours later and they fixed the issue for me and were very polite. Products arrived exactly as I requested and I'm very happy with them. Thank you for the excellent service and great value items!

  After contacting the seller to make a complaint regarding the item not being delivered they were more than happy to help me. They were very friendly and explained to me in fine detail why my order hasn t been delivered and we re more than happy to rectify it offering me either full refund no questions asked or a replacement with 48 hours fast tracked delivery which I was more than happy to take. Thank you so much for fast response. Highly recommended this seller as nothing was too much trouble.

  Initially I was disappointed that my original order had not arrived within the timeframe specified, however, after contacting them I received a quick response with an apology and an offer of a refund or the same items to be resent. If the original items were also to arrived I could keep these at their expense. I opted for them to be resent as I still required them. The original items came a day later and 2 days later the replacement also arrived. So THANK YOU, definitely purchase from you again.

  First and foremost , the experience with the gadgetcloudz team is absolutely stunning , I ordered the hayati pro max + pod refill pack and it didn’t arrive on its expected date so they sent out a replacement order for me reassuring me heavily that my satisfaction always comes first , the condition was amazing as well even tho I haven’t tried it yet I’ve had it in disposable and it’s stunning The quality was so amazing and value £9 is the standard so I’m so glad , I rlly love this company
