  A really nice chess set (missing one piece as described) Shipped quickly but unfortunately some pieces were damaged packaged in a small box. I contacted seller including photos of broken pieces, and asked for a partial refund. Seller replied instantly and agreed to a refund that I received shortly thereafter. Sorry that some pieces were damaged but seller made good with the refund, so overall OK!

  All around a good experience Price was fair Exactly as described If anything was over packed Arrived in a timely manner at a fair price There shipping however is over exorbitant If the cannot make a profit on their merchandise. They certainly should not try to make it up on “ Handling “ In the shipping and handling department Will do business with them loved their products Will just try to negotiate a little before I pay
