    As advertised, open box and arrived in Kohler box and in great condition, shipping was on schedule but the color was not correct but generating a return was no issue as the seller was in constant communications. I would do business again with this seller. Thank you

    Item broken during shipping. Seller easily resolved the problem by paying for a part to repair it. Was a very minor inconvenience that resulted in an easy and hassle free resolution. They were very professional and did the right thing. Would definately do business again. Ethics mean more than money!

    I was recently sent home from the hospital with a bottle of this foaming cleanser. I really like it. Found this deal on eBay. Arrived quickly. However, one of the bottles was completely empty. I contacted the seller, and they sent me a replacement, plus an extra bottle. Thanks to FWS Outlet for their quick response to my order and request for replacement.
