The shipper damaged one of the two packages, and it got separated from the other one. The seller contacted me to see if I wanted them to ship out a replacement for the damaged one. I told them they could wait, and the damaged package was delivered the next day. The package was missing some hardware, but I was planning on up grading the hardware anyway. If this seller has anything I need in the future, I will use them.

And the price is perfect I was thinking of grabbing one from a junkyard but for like $20 more I got a brand new one. This product can handle it. Even the kids enjoy a ride in the back every now and then. ;) As we all know, sometimes during shipment, things happen right? The package got shuffled and ripped at the bottom and some washers and bolts got lost. Soon as I told the seller what happened, they made sure we got all our parts that we should have. Thank you so much for what you done for us.
