    Item arrived on time in the condition described - appearance and condition matched what was shown in photos. Packaging was adequate for the protection of the item during shipment. Updated info in the app was timely, though no other contact with the seller was needed given how well this order was handled. Price was fair, but competitive and I feel like I got a very good deal from this purchase.

    Arrived quickly and was packed well, but there was a difference in condition between the actual item and the listing image, but the seller remediated it right away with great communication. Great seller, would recommend!!

    Excellent seller - Good price and exactly as described. Confirmed to be genuine as it took a firmware update without issue and it was new and sealed in the original box. Good packaging that protected the item and box in transit - highly recommended seller!

    Item was packaged well and arrived undamaged and promptly (about 1 week). Item description was new but package was opened and resealed which was disappointing because this was a collectors item for me. Controller seemed to be unused however so I am still happy with the purchase. Just wish it was actually factory sealed and untampered with.
