  The initial actuator did not work correctly so I asked the vendor if they would refund me. The vendor asked if I'd like a replacement for the actuator or a refund and I went for a different actuator as I wanted to get my bed fixed. I asked if they would send me a different actuator and then I could return the first one they sent me and they said that would be fine. New actuator works well with no issues and I sent the other one back in the box he sent me on Saturday. Great customer service!
