  Beyond expectations! The item was exactly as described and in pristine condition. It was packaged with professional quality and care. It arrived extremely fast. You might pay a bit more for shipping with this seller but it is absolutely worth it. It made it to the states from Japan in a few days, not a few weeks, making it a great value . They also provided kind and helpful communication. I’m so happy to have had such a great experience and will look forward to purchasing from them again.

  Another perfect transaction! This sencha tray is so beautiful. It came with a fabric cover and a wooden box. Top quality and great price. Better than described. The shipping from this shop is a lot faster than other eBay shops in Japan selling similar items. Received sooner than expected. Well packed. No damage. Kind seller. Excellent communication.   I had ordered originally another set that got lost. The seller contacted me to make sure I had received the package and when they understood that it got lost, they refunded me, helped me find a similar set in the same price range, and this time kept a very good eye on the whole process so that I would certainly receive the package. The item arrived in perfect conditions and I am very happy with my purchase, but more than anything I am very grateful for the way the seller hadled the matter 🙏
