  A top quality product from one of the most responsive Sellers! I initially ordered 2. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. They are new, manufactured by the seller. A great value when you want to use your existing M18 platform. I needed a few more for a job. Unfortunately the seller was out of stock. I reached to the Seller at 5 am. Andrew responded right away and manufactured 3 of them same day, listed them on eBay for sale and updated me later that day. I support US business 100%.

  Had an initial issue, however seller work with to correct problem. Issues can happen, and it shouldn’t matter what went wrong so in this case it was very satisfying to have the seller address the issue as quickly as he did. Outstanding customer service and support.
