  I bought this shock as mine had seen better days, got it within 2 days which was good unfortunately wrong size came but I messaged customer service with the pictures and April managed to get sorted it quickly and got my returns sorted had the replacement within another 2 days. Would recommend.

  Bought wheel the wouldnt hold air have emailed between us to send out now inertube rather then sending wheel bk got told would send one out asked if I was happy said yes 3 days ago now nothing from them to say they doing it barring inmind it's going to cost me 15 pound to get tube change used funbikes for while normally 100% on quality and delivery but not this time

  Funbikes to be honest despite the negative feedback from others is was nervous. However my package was sent off to the courier very quickly with no issues. However the problem was not with funbikes but the courier XDP they left my package for a few days in thier depot. Funbikes did chase them up an kicked them into gear and my kids quad arrived today and it runs an looks awesome with no problems. Well done funbikes I'm buying from you again.
