  Excellent seller. Item arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item. Simple ebay message and they immediately dispatched the correct item, no fuss, no extra charge, no return of wrong item. Even with the delay i got the correct item earlier than the promised date.

  Exactly as described, excellent quality good value as new condition. Could do with slightly less packaging; took me half an hour just to get the hose unraveled and unpacked.

  I apologise to the seller whole heartedly to the seller for my rant. My scrim arrived this morning,nicely packaged and I have to say the item was as advertised,I'd definitely buy off the site again.i hope you accept my apologies

  The set was as expected and shipping was prompt the condition was good and well packaged I did receive a different mop sleeve than in the picture which was mismatched but everything was fine

  Super fast delivery . I emailed them for a replacement O ring and I received it within a couple of days . So 10 out 10 for customer service . I will definately return
