  Item came with a crushed box and slight damage. I reached out to the seller and he immediately made it right and sent out another figure!! Great customer service. I would buy from this seller again (this figure is my 2nd purchase). GREAT SELLER!!!

  Item arrived in excellent condition. Respectable and solid quality for the price and looks awesome on top of it. If you're a Monster Hunter fan, it's a great model and this is one of the more affordable listings on the site with a trustworthy seller.   Took quite a while for my figure to arrive but I wouldn’t say it was because of the seller, it was mostly because it was shipped internationally. Once the package enters the US it does not get a US shipping label, so the updates you get are very limited and unhelpful. The package did end up getting stuck in transit and sat for multiple days. This is all because of the SpeedX carrier, not because of the seller. Just be wary if you are buying from another country. The item itself is amazing!
