  I opened a case because the item was not delivered on October 1, 2025. Today I thought that I found it but it was a similar figure, not the Dungeons and Dragons one that I ordered, but a different mini fig. Now I need to reopen the case and can't do it. I sent the seller a photo of the fig. I got from another seller. What do I do now? It's not the seller's fault that it was not delivered and that I am confused.
