  The computer is exactly what I needed! The seller reached out to me upon my purchase to see if a generic charger was okay and gave me a $10 refund for accepting it, which I appreciated.   My items shipped out quickly, and when they arrive they were exactly as ordered. I would have preferred if they were packaged in an actual anti-static bag, put the packaging was acceptable. I would definitely buy from the seller again.

  Package got lost briefly by USPS, but the seller stayed in contact and everything eventually arrived intact. I appreciated the updates as the situation progressed. The entire situation was completely the fault of USPS. The laptop is great, very happy with it now that I’ve got it. Thanks again!
