  The seller was awesome and he responded to an inquiry I had within an hour. I bought the wrong cord for my laptop and didn't realize that until right after the cord was shipped, da;mn you Murphy's Law, and I managed to buy the wrong cord despite the description clearly saying the comparability specifications. Then the seller, in his awesomeness , refunded my money and told me to recycle it if I had no use for it. Highly recomend this seller, he has class

  We received the PC as described but had an issue with the OS system not booting & since the seller was so close they approve a drop off to check & repair which we did & they returned it the same day. The PC is awesome & great for gaming plus has great visual effects too. FTI-Laptop Great Ebayer, good communications & problem solver. Thanks Again!

  Outstanding Seller! I purchased a monitor with a stand for a great price, but the stand I received was incorrect. The seller quickly responded, acknowledged the mistake, and issued a partial refund just for the stand—nearly half the total price—so I could buy the correct one. Excellent communication, very fair resolution, and truly great customer service. Highly recommend this seller!

  Seller was great with communication. Temper glass came broken and shattered upon arrival. Seller shipped out replacement next day no questions asked. Everything came as described and works great. Would definitely buy again.
