  Item was received and I’m well pleased with it, would definitely do business with again. And I probably will. I use products like these all the time. Seller even discussed with me the quality and sent me extra just to make sure I am happy. This item worked as it should and was very much just as described. It was a great price and was wrapped well so it would be in great condition when it arrived. It actually looked brand new.

  The seller was awesome and he responded to an inquiry I had within an hour. I bought the wrong cord for my laptop and didn't realize that until right after the cord was shipped, da;mn you Murphy's Law, and I managed to buy the wrong cord despite the description clearly saying the comparability specifications. Then the seller, in his awesomeness , refunded my money and told me to recycle it if I had no use for it. Highly recomend this seller, he has class

  We received the PC as described but had an issue with the OS system not booting & since the seller was so close they approve a drop off to check & repair which we did & they returned it the same day. The PC is awesome & great for gaming plus has great visual effects too. FTI-Laptop Great Ebayer, good communications & problem solver. Thanks Again!
