  Unfortunately the mugs which arrived were not the same style as the pictures on the advert - this was because the seller had experienced quality issues with the original shape. Nothing at all wrong with the ones I received except they were heavier weight and plain (as per my photo), whereas I was expecting fluted with a pretty handle and more delicate. Seller was extremely helpful when I contacted them and I have returned for a full refund. Excellent customer service.

  Quality of bone china mugs is excellent. So far a good purchase and value for money. Packaging robust and good delivery via Royal Mail. I will be using this seller again.

  Cups are lovely very nicely packed in a strong box shame it took some time to get here order on 16th arrived on 24th despatch time poor
