  The seller was very receptive in resolving the issue of the shipping address, which was entirely my fault. After it was determined that the address could not be changed using member number on the order (it was a guest member number), a refund was issued. I then still wanted the item, so I was able to reorder it using my regular E-Bay member number from the same seller. I thank both the seller and E-Bay to responding to my problem. I am very satisfied with how it all played out.
