I contacted the company, they said to select return the item and indicate "didn't fit" and said just keep the product, and they will refund all my money. As well, they said they would sell me a 3.2GHz when they become available with free shipping. In addition, they offered to send me additional memory if I had free slots available. This is by far the best company I have made a purchase and had an issue. They set the bar very high!!
